In some instances, intentionally setting a high level of protection across the various features of Shield may result in unexpected behaviour, such as blocking your automated workflow/office environment. We have predefined actions to incorporate into your pull zone that can provide a simple and granular level of access control/feature toggling.

Edge Rule Actions include an option to disable all Shield features below:
For example if you had an office IP using some okhttp automation/testing workflow, but it was being detected via the Bot Detection, you can have a rule to explicitly match on both conditions and disable that check:
This ensures continued integrity of the bot checking, whilst being reassured your own workflows remain unaffected.
