If you’ve decided that you no longer wish to use Bunny.net, you have the option to permanently delete your account along with all associated data.
ℹ️ Why is this process manual?
Account deletion is intentionally designed to be a fully conscious and manual action. This helps prevent accidental deletions, ensures that all resources are properly removed beforehand, and guarantees clear communication during the process.
Before You Begin
To make the Close My Account button available, you must first ensure that your account has no active services.
This includes:
- Deleting all your Pull Zones (CDN)
- Deleting all your Storage Zones
- Deleting any Video Libraries under Stream
- Deleting any configured DNS Zones
- Deleting any created Edge/DNS Scripts
- Deleting any created Magic Containers Applications
- Ensuring your account has no negative balance
- Verifying your account email (if you haven’t already)
ℹ️ The account deletion form will remain disabled until all active services are removed and the above conditions are met.
This step is required to ensure that no residual configurations or charges remain linked to your account.
How to Delete Your Bunny.net Account
- Log in to your Bunny.net dashboard.
- Click on your profile icon (top-right corner) and select Edit account details.
3. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page.
4. Click the Close My Account button.
5. Confirm the action in the final confirmation dialog.
ℹ️ This action is permanent. Once completed, your account and all related data will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
